Recap 5-15 March

Here's the training recap covering 5 - 15 March of individual training.
I had a great 3 week training schedule to cover, did most of the sets --but "saved" some I'll use for later :-)

5 March - Friday @ SATS Tule:
WU with agility + Kettlebell swings 24kg
5x3 HSPU
2x 800 m w. 3x 15 pushpress 2x12kg
-Didn't go all out for this session


8 March - Monday workout @ home:
40-30-20-10 Pushups, Situps


9 March - Tuesday @ SATS St.Eriksbron:
WU w. agility 3x10 Pushups, Situps, Squats
3x 500m rowing mixed with 40-30-20 pushups


11 March - Thursday @ SATS Tule
5x3 HSPU
3x 800 m w. 3x 15 pushpress 2x12kg
- better flow in the running and overall good set

15 March - Monday Lunch @ SATS Sollentuna
Tried out a new gym site at lunch that I will try to use after work to cover some weekly training. Did some quick lifts to get a mini workout for Monday!
WU w. agility
2x5 Deadlifts @ 100 kg
10 pullups and a bunch of pushups!
