Back to action with OHS etc.

After 3 weeks of individual training (for which I have to do some back tracking writing to cover for)-- It was finally time for getting back into real action again.

Started with warm up with including burpees and agility. My squat technique had improved which is key.


OHS in sets of 5 covering 20 kg, 30 kg, 40 kg, 45 kg (3reps).

Circle of 5 sets with 1 minute rest in between sets:
10 Pushups
10 Burpees
10 Kettle bell swings 24kg
10 Boxjumps

Great circle that drives caradio and strength.
