Went for a condensed set @ Sollentuna SATS at lunchtime. Nice and effective set and I'm really happy about my performance.
WU w. Agility, Pushups, Situps and Burpees

5x3 HSPU
Row 10x 30 sec on, 30 sec off
Had great Salmon and Broccoli for dinner -- a favorite that never disappoints!
