I was not able to get to the gym yesterday so I went for a reprise of the 40-30-20-10 at home yesterday evening:
40 - 30 - 20 - 10 reps of
Pushups (40 all in a row, 20+10), 10+10,10)
Situps
Squats
Time: 12:02
The pushups felt really good!
