Monday Chipper
This set was scheduled as the 3rd set for the previous week, but I went for it this Monday after work.
WU with agility and
18 Kettlebell swings 24kg
Chipper 10 sets of:
5 pullups
10 Front squats 40 kg
15 Pushups
20 situps

Time: approx over 35 min .. had to really sweat it out, and the front squats provided a good challange! Great circle to go for!
