Monday and back to practice at Sats Tule. After a bit of fall out from last week it feels it's about time to get back to steady training. Although I've kept my strength pretty well, I will regain my focus from now on!
WU with agility and 10 Burpees
+ 1o kettlebell swings
Lot's of practice of Cleans -- to get the technique flowing.
Including the use of Box jumps
Various Deadlift sets leading up to the circle @ 120 kg
Circle:
5x3 Deadlifts @ 120 kg mixed with
5x10 Dips
The deadlifts felt great-and it'll soon be time to challenge my existing record.
