Some training inpiration: Check out this link to Phil Collen's (guitar player in Def Leppard) YouTube Channel -- It's shows his workout routine (weight lifting, although not crossfit) and Muay Thai Training routine. He's been with trainer Jean Carrillo for about five years and is really into fitness and eating right (long time vegetarian and teetotaler) -- Pretty cool for being a rocker anyways ha ha!
